I currently offer in person very close to Tonypandy town centre and online counselling delivered by zoom. I charge £45 for a 50 minute session but your initial 30 minute assessment is free of charge. What we do in that assessment is to understand your needs and anything you want to focus on or achieve together during your time with me. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and make sure I’m the right fit for you.
In terms of my practice, I work from Person Centred Theory, which means I truly believe that you are the expert in your own life and that my role is to work alongside you, provide a safe space built on the relationship we develop for you to explore your unique understanding of self and support your self awareness journey.
