In this increasingly, fast paced world, finding the time and space to hear ourselves and understand our feelings is becoming almost impossible. Social media bombards us with images of what a perfect life look like, with bitesize, meme based solutions to achieve it. Where do we go when we know we need help but feel that every solution being offered doesn’t feel right for us?


We are all unique but are often held to other peoples standards in order to feel loved and accepted.

In our therapy room you will find a space where, for potentially the first time, what you feel will be prioritised. You will be able to explore your feelings, to resolve internal conflicts and find a path towards your authentic self.

In simpler terms, when you feel lost, scared, anxious, fearful, alone or misunderstood, we will walk alongside you, to find a way forward that you feel better about.
